celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage on February 8, 1964, at the United Church of Christ in
Atlantic, lA. Their union brought forth two daughters: Debby (Mark) Armstrong, Phoenix, AZ, and Denette (Greg) Haines, Nichols, lA. They also have two grandsons, Drew
Armstrong, Phoenix, AZ, and SPC Sean
Armstrong with the U.S. Army, stationed in
Germany. The couple celebrated the occasion last September, taking the family on vacation to Germany.
