The family of Jon and Joan Rasmussen of Mount Vernon celebrated their 40 years of marriage on Aug. 16. They have been blessed with their three children and their families: Luke and Lesley with Gabe and Addy; Grant and Whitney with Anders, Nels, Finn and Henrik; and Jon and Liz Grandon with Wyatt and Amos.
We celebrate what the Lord has done in our
parents' marriage and "give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!" (1 Chron. 16:34)
