25th!!! The Gift of You Continues

Who would have thought that our life's journey would be so wonderful? Taking these steps together has got to be the richest treasures a man could have. No possessions can replace holding hands, talking about anything or nothing or working on our famously "weird" projects. Did I mention the $100k trip to the grocery store? You have put up with a lot of animal rescues, from warming frogs in the kitchen sink to buckets of salamanders in the house waiting to be relocated. God has put in our hearts a compassion for life and helping others, whether it's fighting human trafficking, mass-produced face masks, quilts for kids or a person in need. We have enjoyed picking out ridiculous Christmas outfits for others, extra kids around the house, weddings, Eagle awards and more grandbabies. Now it's our turn to pass on our wonderfully warped personalities to the grandbabies - it's only fair.

Animal and gun-shaped pancakes, matching grandkid tattoos and grandma's frosting anytime! Did someone say bedtime? … nah. I am living my best life one day at a time thanks to your love and patience. Happy 25th Anniversary!!
