James, Lori Ann
Lori Ann James, 51, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday morning, Dec. 18, 2013. May she rest in peace with her best friend, Jim Fountain.
She leaves behind her son, Johnathan James (Mandy Loring); and grandson, Gabe, who was her pride and joy. She also leaves behind her grandmother, Gladys James of Cedar Rapids; father, Willard B. James (Judy Martin) of Cedar Rapids; mother, Carol James of Cedar Rapids; brothers, Charles (Tina) James of Olin and Jeff James of Waterloo; a sister, Lisa James of Cedar Rapids; nieces, Kayla (Chris) Orr and Amber James; nephew, Justin James; and uncles, Jim (Gayle) and Eugene Christianson.
Lori was preceded in death by her grandfather, Willard E. James; and her aunt, Pat Christianson.
Lori enjoyed volunteering at First Lutheran Church and the Abbe Center. She enjoyed drawing and singing with Lisa.
Services will be held at First Lutheran Chuch on Monday, Dec. 30, at
3 p.m.
Memorials may be directed to her son, Johnathan, or First Lutheran Church.
