Terry, Lisa
Lisa Terry, 45, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at her home following a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at the Apostolic Assembly, rural Anamosa. A celebration of Lisa's life will start at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. The Rev. Clayton George will officiate at the services.
Surviving are her husband, James; four children, Holly, Grand, James Dakota and Adam; and her mother, Fran Adams, all of Monticello.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, is in charge of arrangements.
