Burns, Clayton G.
He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and two sisters.
Clayton was born Feb. 28, 1916, in Dougherty, Iowa, son of Jay and Myrtle (Hamn) Burns. On Aug. 3, 1940, he married Marian Orms. Clayton worked at Iowa Steel, where he retired after 33 years in 1971. He also served in the Civilian Conservation Corps.
Clayton loved fishing, playing cards and wood working.
A memorial fund has been established in Clayton's memory.
