Coralville officials are asking the community to share their ideas for the future of Coralville.
The public is invited to attend a community vision workshop on Tuesday, Sept. 17 to share how they want to see their community develop going into the future, according to a city news release. Locals have the opportunity to share their thoughts with city officials and members of the consultant team.
Officials are working to create a new community plan to develop goals for future policies regarding land use and development, transportation, neighborhoods, parks and the environment, and community facilities.
This will be the third workshop held to discuss development of the community plan, following two sessions geared towards the community and business owners earlier this year.
The workshop will begin at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Coralville Public Library, 1401 5 Street, in Meeting Room A.
