Virginia Dautremont Sauser, 85, widow of Orville E. Sauser, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014.
Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Norbert J. and Kathryn Mottet
Dautremont.
Virginia was a consummate homemaker and dedicated wife and mother. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Simpsonville, S.C.
She enjoyed being with her family and extended family, trips to the beach, crocheting, reading, crossword, Sudoku and Jumble puzzles.
Surviving are daughters, Nancy Sauser Englisbe of Simpsonville and Linda Sauser Tate (Sid) of Greenville, S.C.; son, Jim Sauser of Danville, Va.; and grandchild, Jason A. Englisbe.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, with visitation following at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 2252 Woodruff Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29681; Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, P.O. Box 8396, Greenville, SC 29604; or Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 538 Central Blvd., Danville, VA 24541.
The families will be at their respective homes.
