Starits, Joe E.
Joe E. Starits, 26, of Toledo, died Monday, March 7, 2011, on Highway 30 near Chelsea following an automobile accident. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 12, at Christ United Methodist Church in Toledo by Pastor Brian Oliver. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chelsea. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Riley Starits; son, Tristan; father, Bill (Trudy) Suchanek of Tama; mother, Sandy (Stephen) Brewer of Toledo; brothers, Jacob and Justin Suchanek of Tama; sisters, Miranda and Sadie Brewer of Toledo; and grandparents, Kenneth Starits of Toledo and Paul (Verona) Suchanek of Tama.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine is in charge of arrangements.
