Kellogg, Marian
Marian Kellogg, 89, died peacefully at her home Thursday, July 17, 2013, surrounded by her family and her beloved cat. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at Trinity Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Raisin Horn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Episcopal Church or Iowa City Hospice.
Marian is survived by her six children, Martha (Eddy) Waldschmidt of Iowa City, Louise (Gene) Luedtke, John (Diane) Kellogg, Craig (Virginia) Kellogg, Mary (Eivind) Nilsen and Robert (Laura) Kellogg; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and more on the way; her sister, Jean Gaa; nieces and nephews; and her cat, Lucky Duck.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Kellogg Sr.l and two sisters, Ann Brougham and Jane Powers.
