Carol Louise Pilcher, 81, of Eagan, Minn., formerly of Washington, died Sept. 14, 2016. Services: 10 a.m. Oct. 22, at Washington United Methodist Church. Burial: 2:30 p.m. at Eldon Cemetery, Eldon.
Surviving are children, Julie (Jerrold) Gilmere and Jane Tummonds; brothers, Richard and David Hemm; sister, Bonnie Pilcher; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
