Hall, Carol Ann

Carol Ann Hall, 75, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, surrounded by her family. A celebration of Carol's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion.

Survivors include her children, Lori (Mark Fleagle) Hall, Joni (Jim) Thomas, Burton Hall and Rhonda Newton; grandchildren, Shawna (Luke) Clawson, Corey (Maggie) Fleagle, Shannon Ferguson, Jamie Thomas, Shaun Thomas, Courtney Hall and Dylan Hall; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Charlotte, Max, Lydia, Riley and Dallas; sister-in-law, Sharon Seda; and niece and nephew, Sue Hudson, and Mike Anderson, and their families. Carol also will be forever remembered by her numerous cousins, extended families and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Burton; her brother, John Anderson; and her son, Dennis Hall.

Carol was born Feb. 18, 1937, the daughter of Howard W. and Helen (Jakubec) Roberts in Cedar Rapids.

Carol enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her great-granddaughter, Chloe.

She enjoyed baking, dancing, her trips to Vegas, and playing cards.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
