Carol A. Larson, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019, at St. Luke's Hospital. Memorial services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories, where there will be a visitation after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; a daughter, Debra Wager; a son, Robert Short; three stepsons, Jeffrey, Rodney and Rick Larson; and several grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Carol was born Jan. 15, 1937, in Freeport, Ill. She married Jerry W. Larson on Oct. 10, 1998, in Cedar Rapids.
Carol was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and the time spent with her beloved family. Carol was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother whose memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial fund has been established in Carol's name.
