UPDATE: Nationwide cancels practice due to rain

NEWTON - Tonight's practice for the NASCAR Nationwide Series U.S. Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway has been canceled due to continuous rain. Drivers will practice tomorrow morning from 9-10 a.m.
The track is still trying to get in the USAR Pro Cup Series Blue Ox 150 tonight. Right now, they are still planning to run but that might change shortly. If that's the case, it will be held Saturday at noon
USAR officials have said that they will wait until the last possible moment to postponed the race scheduled for tonight. It is possible that a final decision won't come until as late as 10 p.m.
