Hundreds pack new North Liberty Panchero’s for dollar burritos
Panchero's managers expect they'll sell almost 2,000 burritos between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. today. The Coralville-based chain is celebrating its new North Liberty store with $1 burritos. The store has about 20 staffers on hand to manage the surge of eaters at the new location, just of Highway 965 at 650 Community Dr.
