The Hawks, coming off a sweep of Class 2A No. 3 Dyersville Beckman on Tuesday, rallied with two runs in the seventh inning of the opener. Sage Sutter's RBI tied the game as Brent Lammers came home.
In the top of the eighth, Dallyn Putz scored on Kyle Wright's sacrifice fly and the Hawks held on to a 5-4 victory.
