Let Congress know you support equal pay for women

The fact is that on the average, women working full time in the United States are paid 82 percent of what men are paid, and the gap is even wider for women of color. Congressional action would help change this.
The Equal Pay Act was passed in 1963, but the Paycheck Fairness Act is needed to help close the gender pay gap.
The gender pay gap is persistent. Women must have a way to challenge discrimination and employers need incentives to comply with the law. It's time for Congress to make real change for all families by passing the Paycheck Fairness Act. It's time to let Chuck Grassley, Joni Ernst and Ashley Hinson know that women deserve fair pay!
