Kathryn Martin, 79, of Burlington, died at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at the Great River Hospice House in West Burlington.
Born Dec. 25, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she was the daughter of Robert and Berta Fae Meehan Potter. On Feb. 14, 1990, she married Donald Lee Martin in Burlington.
Survivors include her mother, her husband of 31 years, two sons, three daughters, 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, many nieces and nephewsm three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 27, at Parkside First Baptist Church. The memorial service for Mrs. Martin will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with Pastor Bill Price officiating. A potluck style time of food and fellowship will be held at the church following the service.
Memorials have been established for Parkside First Baptist Church and Great River Hospice.
