University of Iowa issues tailgating reminders

The University of Iowa's sports information issued these tailgating reminders Monday:

• Please limit tailgating to one parking space and do not block the path for other vehicles to park.
• Tables, chairs, tents and other tailgating items must be immediately adjacent to the front or rear of the vehicle.
• Tailgating is not permitted in roadways, parking lot drive lanes or Fire Lanes.
• Parking lot patrons may not interfere with, or obstruct, another guest's vehicle from being parked in a designated parking space.
• Tailgating items in violation of the policy will be moved or dismantled by law enforcement and or parking lot attendants.
• Finally, remember to clean the area before departing.
