VIDEO: Judicial members discuss the Condition of the Judiciary

Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Cady delivered his Condition of the Judiciary address on Wednesday to Gov. Terry Branstad and members of government in the House Chamber at the statehouse in Des Moines. Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller and Iowa Court of Appeals Judge Amanda Potterfield -- a previous district court judge in Cedar Rapids -- remarked on what they thought of Cady's speech.
