Police say North Liberty man had sexual relationship with 14-year-old girl
A North Liberty man is accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage girl.
According to the North Liberty Police Department, James T. Teel, 25, has been in an intimate relationship with a girl who was 14. Teel has been arrested and faces one count of third-degree sexual abuse.
