I would like to take this opportunity to thank

everyone for the overwhelming support and

generosity that has been extended after the loss of my ever-so-sweet, loving daughter, Lynnsey Donald. A simple "thank you" seems inadequate and will never capture the gratitude that I have for all the words of encouragement, prayers, and acts of love and kindness, that have been

extended to me, Lynnsey's son Ashton, my

family and Lynnsey's "extended family" of Larry and Paula Fields of Marion.

With all the support that has been shown, Ashton's future seems to look a little brighter.

I would also like to thank those that have

donated their time and efforts, including the

Marion Police, Fire & Rescue Departments, The Marion Hy-Vee and its employees, Horizons of Cedar Rapids, The Methodist Church of Marion and its employees, US Bank and its employees, Linn Grove School and staff, and everyone who made generous monetary donations to the Lynnsey Donald Memorial Fund at US Bank or to the online Gofundme program, as well as countless others who have given a helping hand since Lynnsey's tragic and senseless loss of life. This tragedy has truly affected all of us and Lynnsey would have been so grateful for the support for her son, the pride of her life. Thank you.
