Free fly-tying class to start Jan. 4

Veteran fly angler Mike Jacobs of Monticello will again offer his free fly-tying class this winter.
Starting Jan. 4, the class will meet each Tuesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. through March 29 at Cedar Rapids Kennedy High School.
