Iowa DNR contracts Acterra to build solar & wind energy projects

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) has contracted with the Acterra Group to construct the Desjardins Renewable Energy Project in Appanoose County, Iowa. The projects consist of the construction of solar photovoltaic arrays and small wind turbine at the Honey Creek Resort State Park and solar photovoltaic arrays at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center & E.B Lyons Interpretive Center.
