SIMFEROPOL, UKRAINE - Victoria V. Udina, daughter of Tanya and Vladimir Udin from Simferopol, Ukraine, and John J. Dieter, son of the late Meg C. Dieter, Vinton and the late Donald J. Dieter, Mason City, would like to announce their marriage. They were united before the Lord in Holy Matrimony September 19th, 2009, in Simferopol, Ukraine in the Crimea near the Black Sea.

The bride wore a tight fitting 'shirred' white strapless silk gown with an open V-shaped lace up back. Below the hips Victoria's wedding dress then cascaded into many layer's of Spanish ruffles with a long ruffled train. She also wore long elbow length white gloves with pearl necklace and earrings. Her hair was beautifully styled to look like ribbons with pearl accents. Her hand held bridal bouquet had 43 red roses and babys breath with pearl accents. The groom wore a three button vested, full white tuxedo with long tails. The brides made was Anya Leschenko and the groom's man was Leon Khoubus.

They enjoyed a horse drawn white carriage ride in the park as they were taking wedding photos. The reception was held at the Eva Restaurant, where 35 guests were waiting the couple including John's Russian editor Andrey. The food and music were incredible for the guests. The couple danced and amazed the crowd, as Victoria can dance professionally, she spinned and pirouetted under John's right hand, then was dancing Spanish Flaminco around her husband. The groom surprised his wife and guest's when he sang an Italian love song about a Princess called the 'Nessun Dorma' from Puccini's opera. The evening ended late when Mr. and Mrs. John J. Dieter lit their wedding candles and then passed the'Eternal Light' to each of the wedding guests candles.

The couple will reside in rural Vinton, the bride is an economist/accountant, the groom is an author/businessman. The couple will take an extended honeymoon in the near future to Florence, Rome, Venice, Italy, also Zurich and Geneva Switzerland.
