Twins Pines reopening Thursday and Friday

CEDAR RAPIDS - Due to the mild winter, Twin Pines Golf Course will be open for play Thursday and Friday.
Absence of frost permitting, the course will open for play starting at 8 a.m. The course is open to walkers only for a $5, plus tax green fee.
Golfers are asked to use the temporary greens and to stay off the permanent greens to prevent any desiccation of the turf quality, preserving it for spring play.
