Riverside Casino and Golf Resort Pledges $25,000 to ICAD Group

The Iowa City Area Development (ICAD) Group received a $25,000 commitment from Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in support of its Vision 2030 fundraising campaign. The commitment includes an annual cash investment along with a portion of in-kind investment for ICAD Group events at the conference facility.

Dan Franz, General Manager for the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, said ICAD Group's work helps increase spending across the entire economy, including entertainment and discretional dollars.  “As our closest market, a vibrant, growing Iowa City area is vital to the success of our resort,” said Franz.  “We are confident ICAD Group can be instrumental in ensuring growth and development for years to come.”

The Vision 2030 $5 million fundraising campaign is the primary source of operational revenues for ICAD Group's programming and activities for the next five years.
