La Tempa went four innings in relief against Kane County last Tuesday in Cedar Rapids. He picked up his

first save, allowing one run on four hits. He struck out three and walked none. Perez started last Tuesday's game in Cedar Rapids. He only went 0.1 inning, allowing six runs (five earned) on five hits.

Game 2: CR: RHP Brian Diemer (2-1, 2.70) vs KC: RHP Robert Penny (1st appearance for Kane County)

Diemer was the winning pitcher against Kane County last Wednesday in Cedar Rapids. He went five innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits. He struck out four and walked two. Penny is joining Kane County after spending the first part of the year in Idaho Falls.
