Library Decision: The TrueNorth analysis

TrueNorth is the romantic site for a library. The building would look across Greene Square Park toward the old Carnegie library, now the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art. The appeal of the site was best summed up by Doug Elliott, library board vice president, right before he voted against it as an option.
