NEW HIRES

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Cedar Rapids, has hired Ryan French (see photo) and Jenica Minor (see photo) as associates.

Mercy Family Counseling has hired Brady Bradshaw (see photo) as a psychiatrist, specializing in child and adolescent mental health and development.

The Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance has hired Theresa Bornbach (see photo) as business support strategist.

Mount Mercy University, Cedar Rapids, has hired the following: Dixie Albertson (see photo), formerly with RuffaloCODY, as graphic designer and project coordinator; Sara Bodensteiner (see photo), formerly with Upper Iowa University, as student service specialist; Erin Broich (see photo) as campus minister; Isaiah Corbin (see photo) as coordinator for volunteerism and service learning.

Coe College hired Barb Tupper (see photo), formerly with Workplace Learning Connection/Kirkwood, as director of the annual fund.

Malinda Jensen (see photo) was hired by Mount Mercy University, Cedar Rapids, as dean of students and director of residence life. She previously served with Boise State University.

Daniel Reed, University of Iowa vice president for research and economic development, will receive distinguished alumnus and service awards in October. The Distinguished Alumni Award will be awarded by the Miner Alumni Association at the Missouri University of Science and Technology and the Distinguished Service Award will be awarded by the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Marcia Hughes (see photo) of Cedar Rapids was reappointed by Governor Terry E. Branstad to a three-year term on the Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service.
