Thirty-four Program for Academic and Creative Talent (PACT) students in fourth and fifth grade, from Coolidge, Grant, and Van Buren Elementary Schools, participated in the event organized by Mount Mercy University. The students walked to Mission of Hope from the Mount Mercy campus. In all, students put together 132 packages - containing tooth paste, socks and snack food, among other items - for people at Mission of Hope.
