Would you rather eat pancakes or waffles? Perhaps either, when covered in maple syrup?
One day before National Waffle Day and two weeks after showing maple syrup enthusiasts the ropes, Indian Creek Nature Center hosted its annual Maple Syrup Festival and pancake breakfast.
The event, which took place on Saturday, features syrup made from tree sap from the nature center's grounds and is the organization's largest fundraiser of the year.
