CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Dubuque used an 11-0 run midway through the second half to take the lead and pull away with a 71-66 win over Coe Saturday at Eby Fieldhouse. The Spartans needed a win to make the Iowa Conference Tournament, while Coe had already earned the second seed.
