CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- Ashford wasted no time in its non-conference match up with Mount Mercy on Tuesday, scoring less than a minute into the game and six times overall in the first half en route to a 7-1 defeat of the Mustangs in their home opener on Tuesday at Lower Kingston Field.
