CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Senior Keelie Finnel (Francis Creek, Wis./Mishicot) has been named to the Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team for the second-straight year. Finnel is now eligible for the all-american team to be released June 19.
