So much trash makes Cedar Rapids look dirty

I haven't lived in Cedar Rapids as long as a lot of people but the trash that is all over our city makes it look so dirty. There are businesses with trash all over their property. There are neighborhoods that have trash and broken furniture, mattresses laying around. I know most of it wasn't seen until all the snow melted and I know the wind has a lot to do with blowing it all around. But come on, the wind isn't going to clean it up so someone has to. Show pride in what you have.
