Lisa Mae Pisney, 52, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Sunday, April 4, 2021, at her home. Funeral service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. All guests are respectfully requested to wear a mask and practice social distancing. A livestream of the funeral service may be accessed on the funeral home website tribute page for Lisa, under "photos and videos or media," starting at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7.
Lisa was born March 17, 1969, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Jerry and Wanda (Votroubek) Pisney.
Survivors include her parents, Jerry and Wanda Pisney of Swisher, Iowa; her brother, Larry Pisney of Cedar Rapids; and her special cat companion, Victor.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ben and Libbie Votroubek and Leo and Lavina Pisney.
