Erik James Marchael, 53, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at Mercy Iowa City.
A service of remembrance and celebration will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City.
The family will greet friends after 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A reception will follow the service at the Kirkwood Room.
