Libertarian candidate plans meet-and-greet June 26

Gary Sicard, the Libertarian candidate for Iowa's 2nd District U.S. House seat, will have an informal meet-and-greet at 2 p.m. June 26 after he rides in the Cedar Rapids Freedom Fest Parade, which starts at 10 a.m.
Sicard, a computer network engineer from Robins, will meet the public along the Third Avenue side of Greene Square Park.
He will speak on the theme of “minimum government, maximum freedom.”
