'Choice of doctor' hearing Tuesday

The Iowa House Labor Committee will conduct a public hearing Tuesday evening on House File 530, the choice of doctor bill.
The hearing will be at 7 p.m. in the House Chamber of the Capitol in Des Moines.
HF 530 would give injured workers more latitude in selecting a doctor to see regarding their injuries under worker compensation.
Members of the public wishing to comment on the bill will be allotted three minutes. To sign up to speak, call the Legislative Information Office, (515) 281-5129. Speakers are encouraged to provide a copy of their remarks.
