Grassley plans Eastern Iowa stops

WASHINGTON - Sen. Chuck Grassley will have meetings in 12 counties June 30 to July 3 during the congressional recess.

The meetings are part of his annual meetings in each of Iowa's 99 counties.

Grassley's Eastern Iowa schedule includes:

June 30 --

•  8:15 - 9:15 a.m., Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank, Community Room, 201 W. Main St., Waukon;
• 10:45 - 11:45 a.m., Elkader City Hall, Lower Level, 207 N. Main St, Elkader.

July 2 --

• 6:45 - 8 a.m., Iowa City Old Capitol Kiwanis, St. Mark's Methodist Church, 2675 E. Washington Str., Iowa City;
• 9:45 - 10:45 a.m., Tour and take questions from employees at Tama Benton Cooperative, 711 S. K Ave., Vinton;
• Noon - 1 p.m., Marengo Rotary, Marengo Memorial Hospital, Meeting Room, 300 W. May St., Marengo;
• 2:45 - 3:45 p.m., tour and take questions from employees at Farmers Co-op Association, 110 S. Keokuk St., Keota.

July 3 --
