Iowa City's 'Gateway Project' subject of meeting

IOWA CITY – Public input is being sought on the elevation of Dubuque Street and Park Road bridge.
Known as the Gateway Project, the intent to keep the flood-prone street and bridge dry when the Iowa River jumps its banks.
The city will host a meeting 4-7 p.m. Feb. 25 in Meeting Room A at the Iowa City Public Library, 123 S. Linn St. There will be new conceptual designs to view and people can talk with city staff and consultants. There will be a short presentation at 5:30 p.m.
