Stellmach withdraws candidacy for Iowa House 30

CORALVILLE -- John Stellmach, Democratic candidate for Iowa House 30, has ended his campaign.
Stellmach was challenging Rep. Dave Jacoby, D-Coralville, for the Democratic nomination in the Johnson County district.
He said he's withdrawing due to his spouse's serious medical condition. Stellmach thought he would be unable to continue to be an effective candidate or voice for voters in the district while helping his family get through this trying time.
