New Branstad ad hits at Culver policies

The Branstad 2010 campaign has announced an new television ad, called “Change is Coming.”

The ad, which will run statewide, focuses on the many headlines that have highlighted Culver's mismanagement as governor, and that Gov. Branstad will bring honest, conservative change to the governor's office.

“The results of the Culver administration economic policies are unemployment at a 24-year high and more than 114,000 Iowans out of work,” said campaign manager Jeff Boeyink. “Contrast that with the record job creation and record low unemployment of the Branstad administration and it's not hard to understand why Iowans are asking Governor Branstad to lead our state's economic comeback.”

The ad comes three weeks in advance of the June 8 Republican primary.
