More than 1200 volunteers worked on 103 projects on Thursday for the United Way of East Central Iowa's 23rd Day of Caring. The volunteers from more than 50 companies worked an estimated
7,076 hours on projects ranging from outdoor trail cleanup, to painting and construction projects around the area.
