Ralph R. Becker, 68, of Watkins, died Friday, April 25, 2014, at Colonial Manor, Amana. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 28, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Watkins, by the Rev. Craig Steimel. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the church, with a rosary at 7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Patrick and St. Paul Cemetery, Watkins.
Ralph was born Oct. 1, 1945, to Arlo Sr. and Marie Boddicker Becker. On Nov. 27, 1971, he married Jean Reding in Atkins. They were the parents of one daughter, Katie.
Ralph farmed and worked at Jim's Trans-mission, Watkins. He was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed being outdoors.
Survivors include his daughter and friend Josh; and siblings, Harold, Wilfred (Dorothy), Robert, Ted (Rita), Arlo Jr. and Mary Lou Becker.
He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
