Police investigating armed robbery at Wendy’s in northeast Cedar Rapids
CEDAR RAPIDS - Cedar Rapids police are investigating an armed robbery at Wendy's.
Authorities say the robbery was reported at 1:10 a.m. Friday at the restaurant, located at 1852 42nd St. NE. According to police, a black male entered the restaurant, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the employees. He then fled the scene on foot.
No one was injured.
