Iowa City man accused of going armed with intent

IOWA CITY - An Iowa City man was taken into custody after threatening to kill a man with a knife because of the music he was playing.
According to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, Terrill W. Wiges, 63, confronted the man and put a knife to his throat. He asked him if he was ready to die and threw his phone.
Wiges was arrested and faces one count of going armed with intent, a Class D felony, which is punishable by up to five years in jail.
