NORTH LIBERTY - A Keota man faces a felony burglary for allegedly breaking into a North Liberty garage and attacking the homeowner.
According to a North Liberty police complaint, 53-year-old Arthur Hess was committing a burglary at 4 p.m. Oct. 17 in the garage of a home on the 1800 block of Timber Wolf Drive. Police say Hess, who was unarmed, attacked the homeowner and the victim's forearm was cut in the struggle.
