Joshua VanHorn, 28, was called home Feb. 26, 2014.
Joshua was born Dec. 19, 1985, in Cedar Rapids.
Joshua is survived by his mom, Kathy Heising, and little brother, Alex.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael ("Blazz") Blazek.
A celebration of life will be Sunday, March 2, at Maranatha Bible Church beginning at 3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
